Below Deck Rachel Hargrove has decided to move away from the media light. She revealed that she is quitting the show. She wants to go home and prioritize important things in her life.

Rachel has a boyfriend who lives in Italy. They have been separated for a while due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Also, Rachel was furious about the US response to COVID. She said,

“So I don’t think the American public realized the actual progression and how fast it was and how big it was. Because it came to light in February. And then it took down all of Europe like straight away.”

Where is Rachel Hargrove from?

Rachel Hargrove has traveled to various parts of the world. But the place which is closer to her heart is her birthplace Tampa, Florida. She grew up in Florida and has traveled to places like Thailand, India, Japan, Italy, and more.

Hargrove attended the Culinary Institute of America. After completing her education, she went to Quatro Passi in Nerano, Italy which is a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Not just a chef but Rachel Hargrove is also a massage therapist and yoga instructor who practices Ayurveda. The reason for her to practice Ayurvedic cooking is due to her digestion issues. She practiced it in India while researching diets for clients.

On her website Ayurvedic Practioner, she has claimed,

“I am a Private Chef Nutritionist that stumbled across Ayurveda while trying to cure my digestion issues. As a private Chef I was coming across so many Health issues and questionable Weight gain. So then I set off to find What is the best Diet? Well there were none! Then when I became ill with misdiagnosis and no solution I began to dig even deeper.”

She believes that it is not a diet but a lifestyle responsible. Her interest in lifestyle made her a nutritionist, yoga instructor, and massage therapist.

Rachel Hargrove has a lot of experience being on camera. She was a contestant on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 4. The 4th cycle was in the year 2005. She appeared in the episode The Girl Who Is A Lady Kat. She has posted a throwback picture of her in the 2005 ANTM.
