Days after a viral video of exhibition proprietor Collier Gwin splashing a vagrant with a nursery hose was censured by individuals on the web and then some, the San Francisco DA’s office has given a capture warrant for a wrongdoing battery.

The sole proprietor of the Encourage Gwin Exhibition on Montgomery Road in the city’s Monetary Region, Collier Gwin (71), was captured on Wednesday, January 18, for “purposeful” and “unlawful” splashing of water on the seized lady with a hose the week before.

Last week, Collier Gwin, who has been an inhabitant of San Francisco for 45 years at this point, was caught splashing a vagrant with a hose outside his display.
