Stephen Giraldo, a MTA driver from Sovereigns, is blamed for running over his alienated spouse before he cut her on different occasions while their three youngsters watched the shocking demonstration from the vehicle, Sovereigns Lead prosecutor Melinda Katz said on Wednesday, December 28.

In a public interview, Katz expressed that on Tuesday, December 27, Stephen Giraldo, 36, got into a SUV with his three children before he called their mother, 41, Sophia Giraldo, and requested that she descend from her Flushing condo.

Soon after, Giraldo hit his better half with the vehicle while his kids watched and wounded her on numerous occasions as she lay crippled on the ground. The youngsters were apparently not harmed during the episode.

Sophia Giraldo, who functions as a holistic mentor to help survivors of homegrown maltreatment, was raced to a medical clinic where she stays in basic condition. The head prosecutor said that the mother-of-three supported horrendous mind wounds, broken bones in her leg, and a cut injury that penetrated her liver.

On Tuesday, December 27, at around 5.20 am, Giraldo, situated steering the ship of the SUV with his youngsters, called their mom, Sophia, who had petitioned for legal separation from the denounced in August.

Soon after, Giraldo requested that she descend from her condo and ran her over by accelerating the vehicle. The effect of the hit made her fly over the wall and the vehicle to flip over on the driver’s side of the iron-created wall. He then, at that point, climbed out of the vehicle from the traveler’s side and cut his better half as she lay stable from the hit.

Giraldo surrendered himself to the police after they showed up at the scene. During his bail hearing on Wednesday, Lead prosecutor Melinda Katz described the terrible episode to the adjudicator, who wouldn’t give bail.

Giraldo stays in care on self destruction watch, while his better half, Sophia Giraldo, who depicts herself as an overcomer of double-crossing, injury, and misuse, battles for her life at the New York-Presbyterian Sovereigns Clinic.
