Terry and his brother Demetrius started BMF, selling various illegal sustain in the US. Later on, BMF entertainment was established I n 2000 as a hip-hop music label promotion company.

The main intention for establishing this business was to have an official income source due to the growth of inquisitions and to misdirect their primary illegal business model. BMF promoted many famous artists like Jay-Z, Fabolous Trina, Shawty, Diddy, T.I., and 50 cents.

It also supported underground hip-hop culture through S.M.A.C.K a company founded by Terry Lee Flenory.

The downfall of the Flenory family began in 2003 and in 2005 both Terry and Big Meech were arrested. Their massive drug kingdom collapsed after their arrest. The brothers were charged with possessing more than 500kg if cocaine and distributing many illegal kinds of stuff.

They were also charged with holding illegal criminal businesses. They were sentenced to 30 years of imprisonment. But in 2020 due to covid Terry was released but his brother Big Meech is still in prison.
