When Suits arrived on Netflix this summer, no one expected the show to have the impact or reach the show has ended up finding on the streaming service.

The show has become one of the most-watched shows on Netflix ever, and one of the biggest streaming successes for an acquired title racking up billions of minutes streamed across both Netflix and Peacock (which is currently the exclusive streaming home to the show’s final season).

Audiences can’t get enough of the legal drama which aired on USA Network from 2011 to 2019, something that is no surprise to the Day 1 fans who watched the show during its nine-season run.

With the newfound success the show has found on Netflix, there has been a lot of talk among the show’s new fans and those who enjoyed the series during its run on USA Network about whether the show’s streaming success could lead to a reboot.

While the series might have only ended four short years ago, the interest makes sense as the door was definitely left open for more. And with more eyes on the show than ever before, it’s understandable that fans are eager to know if another season could happen.

Despite the success of Suits on both Netflix and Peacock, series creator Aaron Korsh has revealed there are no plans for a reboot in the works at the current moment. As such, it seems there are no active plans for Suits season 10 which Korsh has said would be “no small” feat to pull off.

During a recent Twitter Q&A, Korsh told followers that no reboot is in the works despite the growing interest in more Suits. Not only did he make it clear there are no plans for season 10 at the moment, but that there is a lot that needs to happen for a reboot to even become a reality.

"“Let me say right off that there is no Suits reboot or anything in the works. Strike would have to end, some network or streamer would have to reach out and then we would have to collectively want to. Which is no small thing…”"

While no reboot is in active development, the success the show has been enjoying on streaming seems to suggest there will be talks once the strikes end. After all, NBCUniversal isn’t likely to ignore the performance of the show and not at least entertain the idea of a reboot in some form.
