Patrick Dempsey’s giving one more importance to the term, silver fox! The 56-year-old performer paraded a silver-molded, blurred blonde hair style while enduring the Disney Legend award at the D23 Exhibition in Anaheim Friday.

Dempsey, who is known for his salt-and-pepper mane, was practically unrecognizable as he showed up to recognize his award nearby his Dark’s Life frameworks co-star, Ellen Pompeo. With the honor, the Dark’s alum joins a Lobby of Distinction for individuals who have genuinely committed to The Walt Disney Organization.

ET tended to Dempsey at the Exhibition, where he pondered the impact Disney has had on his life.

“You know, it’s really outstanding. You start to look at all of the photos of the quantity of motion pictures I that have done and network shows, what not. Disney tremendously influences my life and my family,” Dempsey rambled. “It’s genuine phenomenal. Colossal honor.”

Dempsey similarly shared the motivation driving his new ‘do.

“I’m at present doing a film in Rome right now that Michael Mann is organizing,” he got a handle on. “Adam Driver is highlighting in it. It’s about Ferrari’s life during the 1950s and I play [Piero] Taruffi, who is the racer who wins the Mile Miglia in 1957. Hence, it’s been a really astonishing profession with an uncommon boss. As for his family and whether they loved the silver-adapted hair, Dempsey said the reviews were mixed.
