Yes, the beautiful journalist Emily is a married woman. She is in a marital relationship with her husband, Travis Critchfield. Her husband, Travis, is an information security analyst at Veterans United Home Loans.

How and when Travis and Emily met is unclear. But it seems like they were high school sweethearts. Emily and Travis exchanged their wedding vows in June 2012.

On the big day, Emily wore a strapless wedding gown, and Travis dashes the look wearing a black tuxedo.

From the marital union, Emily and her spouse Travis shared an adorable baby girl. Their daughter Catie Critchfield was born in 2016. 

As per Emily's social media post, "Catie was born with multiple congenital heart defects including coarctation of the aorta, AVSD."

As of now, five-year-old Catie is living blissfully with her mother and father. Emily spends quality time with her and also never misses a chance to share pictures. 

Expecting Second Kid

Besides Catie, Mr. and Mrs. Critchfield are also expecting their second kid together. Emily revealed the news of her second pregnancy via her social media account.

On June 10, 2021, she shared a video captioning on her Facebook account captioning, 

"Some exciting news to share! My husband and I will be welcoming a baby boy in October. We can't wait to watch our daughter, Catie, become a big sister!!"

Spain added saying, "We are praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby. Here's to an exciting fall ahead." As of now, the soon-to-be mother is healthy and fine.

Career Highlights

Spain started her career as an anchor/reporter at Newsy.com. There she served from November 2010 to March 2012. At KOMU 8 and Mid-Missouri CW, Spain served as a Multimedia Journalist (2008-2012) and news anchor (2012-2014).

Then from June 2014 to January 2016, Spain worked as Multimedia Journalist for WFMY News 2. She also served as videographer/photographer for Duke University Health System.

Since November 2017, Emily works as an Evening Anchor KOMU 8 News. She is also the co-owner, videographer at Critchfield Production, LLC.
