What happened between Gigi Paris and Sydney Sweeney?

Fans think it might be over for Glen Powell and Gigi Paris and the latter fueled the rumors by unfollowing the actor’s co-star Sydney Sweeney from her Instagram account.

Powell, 34, and Sweeney, 25, are working together in a new Will Gluck-directed rom-com. The two actors have been busy filming the unnamed film in Australia. Sydney often shares many snaps of their off-camera activities on her Instagram.

Earlier this year,  when the unidentified casting was announced, Gigi showed her support for the Euphoria star. On Sweeney’s Jan 11 post, Paris who has been dating Powell since 2020  commented, “ .”

But a popular internet gossip account named DeuxMoi guessed that Gigi and Powell might be having some tensions in their relationship ever since the actors started filming their new project together.

Fans shared their reaction to the news on the internet with one writing,

”Did he cheat ?”

Another joked,

”Omfg!! The world is near destruction because she unfollowed a girl.”

A third user wrote,

”Just because she unfollowed  Sydney does not mean her relationship with Powell is  on the rocks.”

Gigi visited Powell in Australia

Paris traveled all the way to Australia to show her support to her beau. However, she returned to the US less than two weeks later.

Glen and Gigi sparked dating rumors in 2020 when they vacationed together in Mexico. The two confirmed their relationship in 2021.

Paris accompanied Powell throughout his press tour for Tom Cruise starrer Top Gun: Maverick last summer.

Sydney, for her part, got engaged to restaurateur Jonathan Davino in February 2022. It is not sure whether the businessman visited his fiancee on set.

Glen and Sydney’s new movie also stars Bryan Brown, Michelle Hurd, and Darren Barnet.

New PDA-filled photos of the two actors already took the internet by storm. It included snaps of them making out, stripping down to their bathing suits, and showing off their bathing suits.

Fans thought that the onscreen couple was looking great together. One wrote,

”Can’t wait to watch them together on-screen.”

Another gushed,

”The pictures are wonderful and I can not watch to see this beautiful couple  together.”
