Jessica Burns Back in August 2015, we talked about how Gerard Butler had been quietly dating a woman shockingly close to his own age. He was 45 at the time, and his then-girlfriend was 44-year-old Morgan Brown. Morgan and Gerard dated for something like a year or more, but now it’s over. Possibly because she wanted to get Butler’d for life and he was all “nah.” Life & Style’s source claims that G-But “broke things off with her” after they talked about possibly getting married: “He just started dragging his feet about proposing, and then he just got a major case of cold feet.” I feel the same way about Gerard Butler and Bradley Cooper: there’s probably a reason why they’re single at their age and it’s not good.
So, Butler is a single guy with some time on his hands. Time to hook up with someone else who doesn’t have a lot going on! Enter Rita Ora. Literally.

But before turning in for the night, the 46-year-old actor and the British singer, 25, had an intimate dinner at the four-star hotel’s in-house restaurant. “They drank wine and she hugged him when he returned to the table from a break,” an onlooker says of Ora. “Gerard paid the bill.”
The Gods of Egypt actor has been on the prowl since recently splitting from his interior designer girlfriend of more than a year, Morgan Brown, says a Butler pal: “He’s totally single and ready to get back out there.”
And the British X Factor judge is just his type. While Ora has claimed previous suitors have been “intimidated” by her, Butler has said he’s attracted to “confident” women.
I love how Rita believes her own hype – I’m sure SO many guys were intimidated by Rita Ora until they realized that she wasn’t Rihanna. Anyway, this just sounds like a hook-up to me, but since Rita is living full-time in LA now, maybe something more will happen between them. I can’t believe Gerard gave Rita the Ol’ Butler.
